Our Story — EFF Supply Co.

EFF Supply Co. was built from the same place our welding business started — hard work, taking chances, and figuring things out as we went.

We're Fernando and Carlos, cousins from Martinez, California. We both came up through Ironworkers Local 378 in Benicia, working in the trade and building our experience in welding and fabrication.

When union work slowed down, we decided to take a chance on ourselves and start doing welding work on our own. What started small quickly picked up through word of mouth and social media, eventually growing into Elite Fencing & Fab, serving customers throughout the Bay Area with welding, fabrication, railings, gates, repairs, and more.

EFF Supply Co. is the next step for us.

We wanted to build a brand made by people who actually weld and work in the trades. Our goal is to bring welders, and hardworking people gear we would actually wear and use ourselves.

From Martinez to jobs all over the Bay Area, everything we're building comes from the same mindset:

Work hard. Build your name. Keep moving forward.

Thank you for supporting EFF Supply Co. and being part of what we're building.
